Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals for the purchase of ONE (1) NEW NEWTEK TRICASTER TCXD850 LIVE PRODUCTION SWITCHER INCLUDING INSTALLATION will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084. 

A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $500.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. The three lowest bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.

There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at 11:30 AM, EST LOCATED AT TROY CITY HALL, 500 WEST BIG BEAVER ROAD, TROY, MI 48084, in COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 2nd Floor. An opportunity to inspect the area will be provided during the Pre-bid Meeting, although another site visit may be scheduled.
