Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bid proposals to FURNISH ALL EQUIPMENT, MATERIAL AND LABOR TO PROVIDE AND INSTALL FOUR CARPORTS WITH THE OPTION TO INSTALL THREE ADDITIONAL CARPORTS LOCATED AT THE CITY OF TROY POLICE PARKING AREA will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084. A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $6,700.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
