Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bid proposals for INTERIOR PAINTING AT THE TROY COMMUNITY CENTER will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 until THURSDAY JULY 10, 2014 at 10:00 AM, EDT after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Troy City Offices. Late bid submittal are not accepted. Bid responses are not accepted via fax transmission. MANDATORY SITE INSPECTION: All bidders are required to examine the Community Center building to determine the amount of work to be done in accordance with the bid specifications by attending the MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING scheduled for TUESDAY, JULY 1, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. , EDT, located at the Troy Community Center, Room 305, 3179 Livernois Troy, MI 48084. An opportunity to view and inspect the rooms/areas will be provided during the Pre-Bid Meeting.
