Summary of Specifications:
Complete the City of Troy PARKING LOT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM in accordance with the attached specifications. All items of work noted in the Specifications that are not specifically noted in the proposal shall be considered as included in the construction and shall be constructed at no extra cost to the City. A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $5,000.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. The three lowest bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. If your bid is not to be broken up by Task and based on an all or none award, please indicate this on your bid proposal under the “Exceptions” section, page 8 of 8.
