Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bid proposals to complete the City of Troy PARKING LOT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 THURSDAY, May 2, 2013, at 10:00 A.M., E.D.T., after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Troy City Offices. Late bid submittals will not be accepted.

A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $2,500.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. The three lowest bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. The bid surety will be returned to the successful bidder upon submission of the specified, acceptable Performance, Labor and Materials Payment, and two-year Maintenance Bonds in accordance with specifications. All other bidders will have their bid deposits returned after the bid opening.
