Summary of Specifications:
Sealed Proposals for the TROY POLICE MEMORIAL DESIGN PROJECT shall be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 until THURSDAY, JANUARY 3, 2016, at 10:00 AM E.S.T., after which time they shall be publicly opened in the Troy City Offices. Late proposal submittals shall not be accepted or considered for award. Bid responses shall not be accepted via fax transmission. The City of Troy Police Department is known for its excellence in providing the protection of life, property and human rights, through law enforcement services. The City of Troy Police Department is seeking proposals for the opportunity to design, fabricate, furnish and install a Police Memorial Badge Monument so as to create a permanent memorial to honor City of Troy Police Officers.
