Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals for PRINTING OF THE TROY TODAY NEWSLETTER will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084. 

Four (4) copies of the complete package shall be submitted at the time of proposal submission. For additional information or questions concerning this project, please contact Cindy Stewart, Community Affairs Director, at (248) 524-1147. 

A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $2,000.00 must accompany the proposal to insure the proposal. The proposal surety will be returned to the awarded bidder upon successful completion of all contract requirements. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. 

Four (4) copies of three (3) comparable “City” type newsletters and proposed paper stock will be required for submittal at the time of proposal submission, but no later than 72 hours after the proposal opening time.
