Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bids for the REDWOOD PARK PICKLEBALL COURTS project will be received by the City of Troy at the Clerk’s Office, 500 West Big Beaver, Troy, Michigan 48084, until 10:00 am, THURSDAY, APRIL 28, 2016, at which time the bids will be publicly opened & read. The Contractor and Subcontractors on this project must comply with HUD contract provisions 24 CFR part 85.36(i), the Davis-Bacon Act, Nondiscrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Section 3 requirements, Anti-Kickback Act, Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act and Department of Labor Standards and Regulations as set forth in the Contract Bid Documents. This municipality is an equal opportunity employer, businesses owned by women or minorities are strongly encouraged to bid. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or cashier’s check payable to the City of Troy in the amount of $10,000. NO BID BONDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, labor and material, and maintenance and guarantee bonds in the amount of 100% of the project.
