Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bid proposals for a ROOF REPLACEMENT OF THE ENGINEERING FIELD OFFICE LOCATED AT 3645 CROOKS RD., TROY, MI 48084 will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 

A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 24, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. at the Engineering Field Office, 3645 Crooks Road Troy, MI 48084. Roof will be available for inspection during this meeting. 

A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of 5% of the bid amount must accompany the bid to insure the bid. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE!
