ITB-COT 09-03 Tax Bills - Tax Bill Printing Services

Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals to FURNISH ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, AND EQUIPMENT TO PROVIDE PRINTING SERVICES FOR THE 2009 SUMMER/WINTER TAX BILLS WITH OPTIONS TO RENEW FOR TWO (2) ADDITIONAL ONE (1) YEAR TAX PERIODS will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk. A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $3,000.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. The two lowest unsuccessful bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. All other bidders will have their bid deposits returned after the bid opening. If the current provider has a bid surety on file for this contract, he/she may request to move the bid deposit forward to the new contract period. It shall be the responsibility of the vendor to make sure the deposit is still on file.
