ITB-COT 19-29 - Tennis Courts - Brinston Park

Sealed bid proposals to FURNISH ALL MATERIAL, LABOR, AND EQUIPMENT TO RESURFACE THE EXISTING TENNIS COURTS AND FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A NEW BASKETBALL COURT AT BRINSTON PARK will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 until Thursday, May 9, 2019 at 10:00 A.M., E.S.T., after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Troy City Offices.  Late Bid submittals are not accepted.  Bid responses are not accepted via fax transmission.

A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $5,000.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid.  BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.  The bid surety will be returned to the successful bidder upon submission of the specified, acceptable Performance, Labor and Materials Payment, and two-year Maintenance Bonds in accordance with specifications.  All other bidders will have their bid deposits returned after the bid opening.
