ITB-COT 12-13 - Topsoil

Summary of Specifications:
During the course of 2012/2013 and 2013/2014 fiscal years, the City of Troy will need approximately 3,000 cubic yards of TOPSOIL for each year for several site development and restoration projects. It is our intent to establish a source and per cubic yard unit price which will remain constant for the duration of the contract. The successful bidder should be aware of the fact that, should the City require more or less topsoil than the estimated quantity of 3,000 cubic yards per year, the unit price shall remain fixed unless otherwise stipulated on the bid form in the space provided for such deviations.
