Sealed bid proposals for the PURCHASE AND PLANTING OF AN ESTIMATED 200 BALLED AND BURLAP OR CONTAINER GROWN TREES will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 until THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2016 at 10:00 A.M., after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Troy City Clerk’s Office. Late bid submittals will not be accepted. Bid responses are not accepted via fax transmission.
