Sealed bid proposals for the REPLACEMENT AND INSTALLATION OF A NEW ROTARY BRAND DUAL REAR CYLINDER LIFTING ASSEMBLY INCLUDING COMPLETE LIFT INSPECTION LOCATED IN THE TROY DPW MAINTENANCE GARAGE, 4693 ROCHESTER ROAD, TROY, MI 48085 will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084. A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of 5% of the bid amount must accompany the bid to insure the bid. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. Bidders should examine the site to determine the amount of work to be done in accordance with the specifications. If a bidder does not make a site inspection, then that bidder accepts full responsibility and risk for any errors or omissions in his/her bid proposal.
