Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals to PROVIDE TWO-YEAR REQUIREMENTS TO INSTALL AND/OR PURCHASE VEHICLE GRAPHIC MATERIAL FOR THE POLICE, FIRE, AND FLEET DEPARTMENTS WITH AN OPTION TO RENEW FOR TWO ADDITIONAL YEARS, will be received by the City of Troy at the City Clerk’s Office. A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $500.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. The two lowest unsuccessful bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. All bidders should examine the equipment to determine the amount of work to be done in accordance with the specifications. The bidder accepts full responsibility and risk for any errors or omissions in this bid offer for failure to comply.
