Description

The CITY OF WARREN, MACOMB COUNTY, MICHIGAN will receive electronic proposals for City Project JS-21-749, 2021 Advanced Joint Sealing, ITB-W-0473. The project includes but is not limited to the following:

5,000 LF Clean and Seal Joints and Random Cracks
6,336 GAL Cold –Pour material placement with high-pressure blow-out/clean-up
620 GAL Cold–Pour material placement with joint milling/scraping & high-pressure blow-out/cleanup
1 LS Temporary Traffic Control or Informational Signs

The scope of the project is to prepare and patch various deteriorated areas of roadway per the following specifications. The contractor will be required to “torch up” some already existing patched areas, while others will require full-depth joint removal or “scraping” followed by cold-pour emulsion patching throughout various local and major streets under the jurisdiction of the City of Warren
