The scope of the project include cleaning, filling, and levelling of the longitudinal construction joints, transverse joints, longitudinal and transverse cracks and spalls with hot asphalt repair mastic material or a cold applied pourable rubber pavement repair material. The contractor will be required to “torch up” some already existing patched areas, while others will require full-depth joint removal or “scraping” followed by hot asphalt repair or cold-applied pourable rubber pavement repair throughout various local and major streets under the jurisdiction of the City of Warren.
The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor and equipment necessary and incidental to complete the Work as set forth in this bid advertisement in accordance with the City of Warren standards. These principal items include, but are not limited to:

The City of Warren requires that all contractors and subcontractors employed on this project, pay prevailing wages as listed in the most current prevailing wage survey of the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, Wage and Hour Program.
