The CITY OF WARREN, MACOMB COUNTY, MICHIGAN will receive electronic proposals for City Project WP-21-731, Alvin Avenue Water Main and Pavement Replacement (Trombly Park to Hayes), ITB-W-0363. The project includes but is not limited to the following:

                        4,861     SY     Remove 6”- 9” Thick Concrete Pavement with Integral Curb and Gutter
                        4,019     SY      Install 7” Thick Concrete Pavement with Integral Curb and Gutter M.D.O.T. PI
          5,174   SY      Install M.D.O.T. Class 21AA Limestone Sub-Base (6” min. C.I.P.) under Concrete
                          317        LF     Install 8” DIA. CL 54 Ductile Iron Water Main with Polyethylene Encasement
                      2,760     LF     Install 6” Dia. Corrugated Plastic Edge Drain with Geotextile Wrap
5,982    SF     Remove and Replace 4”- 6” Thick Sidewalk, ADA Ramp or Drive Approach

The scope of the project is to install new concrete pavement on Alvin Avenue from Trombly Park to Hayes along with water main relocation, minor storm sewer improvements and edge drain installation.
