WE ARE SEEKING A CONTRACTOR TO FURNISH & DELIVER BRINE SOLUTION THAT MEETS THE CHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF: SODIUM CHLORIDE CRYSTALS 23%, WATER 77%. USAGE IS ESTIMATED TO BE 7,500 GALLONS. EACH ORDER SHALL CONSIST OF A MINIMUM OF 2,500 GALLONS. QUANTITIES ARE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL USAGE MAY INCREASE OR DECREASE. VENDOR SHALL SUPPLY ITEM AS PER BID AND HOLD THE CITY HARMLESS FOR INCREASES OR DECREASES IN QUANTITIES. THE CITY OF WARREN REQUESTS THAT PRICES BE HELD FIRM FOR 60 DAYS OR BID AWARD, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST, EXCEPT FOR THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER WHOSE BID PRICES WILL REMAIN FIRM FOR THE ENTIRE CONTRACT PERIOD WHICH SHALL BE FROM BID AWARD UNTIL APRIL 30, 2020..
