Description

The City of Warren is seeking to qualify up to four (4) vendors who shall have the ability to bid on each debris removal project that is needed by the City. The City shall inform each of the vendors of the scope of work for each project, including an anticipated start date and a date for the job to be completed. The qualified vendors will have the opportunity to submit a bid for each project. The City shall award each project to the low responsible bidder for the corresponding project.
