Important Note to Vendors:

Seeking qualified vendor to furnish and plant trees as per attached specifications. Plantings are required to be completed by November 30, 2023.

Right-of-way must be staked first by the Miss Dig system. Must hand dig holes (this fractures the soil). Plant trees and cut back burlap to expose the roots for establishment and to prevent root girdling. Must install raw compost and water in. Must remove excess dirt and stake trees.

ALL TREES ARE TO BE FRESHLY DUG. ALL TREES ARE TO BE 2 - 2 1/2 INCH CALIPER, (WITH AN EXTRA LARGE ROOT BALL) BALLED AND BURLAPPED.
