The City of Warren is seeking electronic bids from qualified contractors to furnish fence improvements at the Warren Waste Water Treatmant Plant per the bid form and specification. Bids must be submitted electronically via the BidNet (MITN) system in order to be considered for award.
Contractors are required to sign Page 3 where it states "Signature of Authorized Company Representative".

This bid replaces bit ITB-W-0729. Those vendors who participated the mandatory site visit (see Appendix D), are not required to attend the mandatory site visit under ITB-W-0916.

Alll other interested vendors are required to schedule and complete a site visit prior to April 20, 2023 at 3:00pm. Please see page five (5) of the bid form for clarification.
