2. Liquidated Damages Clause: This item must be installed to the satisfaction of the City of Warren's Communications Department Director (the "Director"), within ten (10) business days of receipt of a purchase order from the City of Warren. For each day after ten (10) business days that the project is not complete to the satisfaction of the Director, the vendor shall be assessed a $250.00 penalty.
