Description

The CITY OF WARREN, MACOMB COUNTY, MICHIGAN will receive electronic proposals for City Project P-19-694, Girard Street Pavement Reconstruction (Warner Avenue to Dell Lane), ITB-W-0199. The project includes but is not limited to the following:
                 4,695 SYD. Remove Concrete Pavement
               3,968 SYD. Concrete Pavement 7” with Integral 6” Curb and Gutter
                 5,058 SYD. 6” Thick MDOT 21AA Aggregate Base (CIP)
               5,123 SFT. Concrete Approach 6”-8” Thick MDOT Grade P-NC

The scope of the project is to install new concrete pavement along Girard Street between Warner Avenue and Dell Lane along with minor storm sewer improvements and edge drain installation.

Contractor will have 60 calendar days to complete the project from notice to proceed.
