ITB-W-0832 - Informational Title Commitments

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Warren is seeking electronic bids from qualified vendors to furnish Informational Title Commitments. Informational Title Commitments shall include all information listed below: Name of owner of record •Any and all parties that own or appear to have an interest in the property (land contracts, etc.) •Address •Parcel identification number • Legal description •Specify any and all easements of record • Status of City and County taxes •Liens and encumbrances of record against property •Federal or State liens of record against property.  Vendor must have active status on the System for Award Management (SAM) (see bid specification for more details) for CDBG services .
In order to be considered, bids must be submitted electronically via the BidNet (MITN) site.
