Summary of Specifications:
The City of Warren is seeking electronic proposals from qualified contractors to operate and generat M.S.W., Non-M.S.W., Compost and Recycling at the Warren Transfer Station per the proposal document. To be considered for award, the contract shall submit a $50,000 proposal security, sign Page 4 of the proposal document, and submit their proposal electronically via the BidNet (MITN) system. Contractor is to submit a pdf copy of proposal security with proposal submission and also submit the hard copy proposal security to the City of Warren Purchasing Office prior to the RFP due date and time.
