ITB-W-1322 - PRINTING OF WINTER PROGRAM GUIDE

The City of Warren is seeking electronic bids from qualified vendors to furnish one issue of its Warren Winter Program Guide/Booklet per the bid form and specification.  At this time, the City will be awarding the printing of the Winter Edition.  However, the City has the right to extend the award and have the awarded vendor complete a Program Guide/Booklet for the 2025 Spring and/or Summer and/or Fall Program Guide/Booklets.  The awarded vendor shall also be responsible for sorting and bundling the booklets for Postal Patron Saturation Walk Sequnce delivery by the Warren Post Office. or the lowest cost alternative for the City of Warren.  In addition, paper samples and a sample booklet that is similar to this booklet being requiested is to be mailed to the City of Warren Purchasing Division (see bid form for details) and received by the City no later than Tuesday, August 27, 2024 to be considered for award.  At this time Vendors must submit their bids electronically via the BidNet (MITN) system in order to be considered for award.
