The City of Warren is seeking electronic bids from qualified vendors to paint Senior Housing Apartment Hallways per the bid form and specification. The City will only accept electronic bids placed via the BidNet (MITN) system.
Those vendors who attended the mandatory pre-bid meeting for ITB-W-0557 do not need to attend this mandatory meeting, but must re-submit a bid and re-submit a bid security in order to be considered for award. The specification has changed slightly. The work in the libraries has been removed and the City will be performing the surface prep work (patching & sanding). This project is being re-bid due to the lack of bids received for this project.
