Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of the City of Warren, Michigan, Public Library to invite sealed competitive bids for a one year magazine subscription contract commencing in January 1st, 2017. Periodical titles listed in this specification shall be shipped to each of four (4) job sites separately. The four (4) job sites consist of four (4) library branches: Dorothy Busch, Maybelle Burnette, Arthur J Miller and Civic Center Library.
