Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of the City of Warren, Michigan, Public Library to invite electronic competitive bids for a one year magazine subscription contract commencing on May 1st, 2021. Periodical titles listed in this specification shall be shipped to each of four (4) job sites separately. The four (4) job sites consist of four (4) library branches: Dorothy Busch, Maybelle Burnette, Arthur J Miller and Civic Center Library.
This bid replaces bid ITB-W-0328. The City has to go to an electronic bid format due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. As of 11-12-20, the bid specification for ITB-W-0338 is the same as the bid specification for ITB-W-0328. You may attach the pricing sheets for ITB-W-0328 if you have already completed the pricing sheets. Otherwise, it is expected that you complete the pricing sheets for ITB-W-0338.
The vendor is required to complete the pricing sheets and to attach them to this bid opportunity. The vendor is also required to submit the lump sum price of all items on the electronic lump sum pricing section of this electronic bid.
