The City usually orders a minimum of 20 tables/chairs each order. The City has the right to place less or more orders throughout the year and to also order a smaller or larger number of tables/chairs per order. The awarded vendor shall hold the City harmless for changes in quantities of orders and/or products. Healthy Kids Healthy Futures - 20 tables.
