The CITY OF WARREN, MACOMB COUNTY, MICHIGAN will receive electronic proposals for City
Project WP-23-790, Toepfer Road Pavement Reconstruction and Water Main Replacement,
Mullin Avenue and Mac Arthur Boulevard, ITB-W-0849.
The scope of the project includes replacing existing water main along Toepfer Road between
Lorraine Avenue and Mullin Avenue and concrete pavement reconstruction, edge drain installation,
sidewalk ramp upgrades, and restoration along Toepfer Road between Mullin Avenue and Mac
Arthur Boulevard. This includes temporary traffic control work.
The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor and equipment necessary and incidental to complete the
Work as set forth in this bid advertisement in accordance with the City of Warren standards. These
