** Important Note to Vendors who are looking to submit bid: YOU MUST SUBMIT A COMPLETE MSDS SHEET WITH BID FOR EACH GAS. ALL BIDS MUST INCLUDE ALL COSTS AND FEES ASSOCIATED WITH DELIVERY, HANDLING, STORAGE AND RETURN OF CYLINDERS. BID MUST INCLUDE UNIT PRICE OF EACH GAS. ANY BIDS SUBTMITTED WITHOUT THE REQUESTED INFORMATION WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. **
