ITB-070710 - NSP General Contractor Construction Project

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Wayne proposes to renovate five city-owned homes at scattered sites in the City. This will be a complete renovation to include all of interior and exterior with site work to include, landscape, concrete and fencing. Qualifications and pricing shall be included to furnish all of the labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform the specified renovations. All work must be done in accordance of all federal NSP guidelines. The successful bidder will also be responsible for documentation for the reimbursable payment voucher system. A MANDATORY WALK THROUGH OF THE HOUSES WILL TAKE PLACE ON WEDNESDAY, JUNE 30, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS MUST ATTEND TO SUBMIT BIDS The City will accept bids from General Contractors only and not trade specific. Award will be based on the combination of qualifications and pricing. The lowest bidder will not necessarily be awarded the contract.
