The Wayne City Council reserves the right to accept or reject, completely or in part, any, or all bids and to waive any irregularity in the best interest of the City of Wayne.

Please use the attached bid form. Enclose bid in a sealed envelope marked “Tree & Stump Removal and Trimming Bids” and deliver to the City Clerk, 3355 S. Wayne Road, Wayne, Michigan 48184.

Bids are due by 11:00 A.M on Tues. Nov. 7, 2023.

Bids will be publicly opened and read by the City Clerk or their designee, at City Hall on Tues. Nov. 7, 2023, at 11:00 A.M.

This request for bids is to provide “Tree & Stump Removal and Trimming,” services for the 2023-2024 season. This contract will be for one year but may be extended on a year-by-year basis as additional tree work becomes available, at the sole discretion of the City of Wayne DPW, for up to four additional years.
