Description

Evaluate all streets owned and maintained by the City of Wyandotte by driving all the streets. A two (2) man crew shall be used for this evaluation. The evaluation shall be based on the 10 Point Pavement Surface Evaluation and Rating System (PASER) developed by the University of Wisconsin. Ratings and comments on the condition of each street shall be collected and entered into a RoadSoft Laptop Data Collector (LDC) as the streets are evaluated. Contractor shall provide GPS equipment, laptops and vehicle(s) with proper safety features.
The evaluation information collected shall be converted to the RoadSoft-GIS software program that has been developed by the Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) at Michigan Technological University to provide a complete data base for the City’s street system.

All proposals with bidder’s bond, certified check, or cashier’s check shall be delivered to the City Clerk at the City Hall, 3200 Biddle Avenue, Wyandotte, Michigan, on or before 2:00 p.m., Local Standard Time, Monday, February 13, 2023, and the sealed envelope shall be titled “FILE #4841 – 2023 PAVEMENT EVALUATION – PASER RATING”.
