The Wyandotte Municipal Services (WMS) is requesting sealed bids for the General Contract to renovate 3665 11th Street (interior and exterior restoration) including new mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems. Site work includes paving & landscaping, fencing, equipment pads, dumpster enclosure, storm water system, antenna installations, and underground utilities. Building exterior work includes roofing, masonry repairs, windows & doors, EIFS finishes, and painting. Interior work includes new build-out throughout building including office spaces, computer server rooms, toilet rooms, mezzanine, and garage space. The facility will receive all new MEP systems.
