Summary of Specifications:
Contract to operate Concession Stand and Public Bathroom Facility located within Bishop Park in Wyandotte on the Detroit River. Operator is required to have an employee on staff with food safety certification and is able to sell general concession items (non-alcoholic beverages, candy, ice cream, pop corn, hot dogs, etc.) Operator is also required to clean and stock the bathrooms, opening them by 9am and closing them by 9pm (7 days a week, weather permitting).
