Summary of Specifications:
The work shall consist of cold milling existing HMA surface, concrete base repair, adjusting public utility structures, preparing the existing surface, placing a HMA wearing course, approximately 1-1/2” in thickness, placing a HMA wearing course in driveways as necessary to provide positive drainage, curb removal and replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement, restoration and clean-up.
