The City of Wyandotte is requesting sealed bids for the General Contract to renovate Wyandotte Central Fire Station (interior and exterior) including new mechanical, elecrtrical, plumbing systems and new furniture. Exterior work includes masonry tuck-pointing, new windows, new doors, and three additions. Interior renovations include improvements to first floor meeting space, toilet rooms, kitchen area; second floor sleeping, bathroom area, and administrtive offices. Site work includes the addition of public parking spaces on east side of building, new concrete drveways, and landscaping.
