The contractor and subcontractors must comply with HUD procurement provisions in CFR 24 Part 85.36, Equal Employment Opportunity requirements, the Copeland �gAnti�]Kickback�h Act, the Davis�]Bacon Act, Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act and other requirements as set forth in the bid documents.
