Summary of Specifications:
The Ypsilanti Downtown Development Authority (YDDA) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide maintenance service for the landscape and streetscape elements within its Downtown Development Area. The selected contractor must be able to provide a variety of services for maintaining the downtown area including, but not limited to landscaping, planting, irrigation, feritlization, weed control, trash removal, and other services as outlined in the attached specifications.
