The approximate quantities of major items of work involved are as follows: 930 syd of Pav’t Rem 240 Ton of HMA, 13A 914 syd of Aggregate Base, 6 inch 240 ft of Curb and Gutter, Conc, Det F4 69 ft of Sewer, CL E, 12 inch, Tr Det B 2 ea Dr Structure, 24 inch dia 1 ea Dr Structure, 60 inch dia The Contract Documents for this project are on file and may be examined on and after 4:00 pm, July 22, 2016, at the following locations: the office of the ENGINEER, Orchard, Hiltz, & McCliment, Inc., 34000 Plymouth Road, Livonia, MI 48150; the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network website, www.mitn.info; and City of Ypsilanti, One South Huron Street, Ypsilanti, MI 48197. Copies thereof may be obtained on or after 4:00 pm, local time, July 22, 2016, on the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network website, www.mitn.info. Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond for a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. The OWNER reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids.
