Summary of Specifications:
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FROM CONSULTING FIRMS FOR CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING CITY OF YPSILANTI WASHTENAW COUNTY STATE OF MICHIGAN
The City of Ypsilanti will receive written qualifications for providing Consulting Engineering and Testing services for the reconstruction of Mansfield Street from South Congress to Westmoorland. The project will consist of complete reconstruction of approximately 0.3 miles of asphalt road, water main installation, sidewalk installation, storm sewer repair, sign replacement, pavement marking installation, and restoration.
The construction engineering for this project will include all surveying, staking, field inspection, construction administration and quality control testing in accordance with MDOT requirements, specifications and guidelines during the spring and summer of 2010. Consultants considered for these services must hold an approved status on MDOT’s pre-qualification list for Road Construction Engineering. All firms must also have working experience with Field Manager software and the MERL Program.
Proposals shall be submitted to the City of Ypsilanti for consideration by, 2:00 PM, Wednesday, February 10th 2010, in care of:
