Electronic Copies of the Contract Documents (Drawings, Project Manual and Geotechnical Report) are available for viewing and printing online at the Public Plan Room of Arc Document Solutions in Ann Arbor: https://order.e-arc.com/arcEOC/x_project.asp?de=849071da-3ba7-43 b-8c31-636d1b8e49fa Work of this contract includes provision of all labor, materials, services and equipment necessary to complete the work indicated in the Contract Documents and is generally described as follows: The project consists of the demolition and removal of the existing pool structure and related pool equipment, as well as the surrounding concrete pool deck. A new cast-in-place concrete pool (approx. 5000 SF) will be constructed, along with the installation of new pool equipment and concrete deck area around the pool. An addition (approx. 327 SF) to the existing bath house building will be constructed to accommodate the the pool filters, surge tank, pumps, and other related equipment.
