Proposal: Combined Bids, a single Proposal, to include work of all trades.
Due Date: Bids must be received at: The Office of the City Clerk, 1 South Huron Street, Ypsilanti, MI 48197, by 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 31, 2012.
Description of Project: The City of Ypsilanti (Department of Public Services) is accepting quotes for Two Way Radio work. The Department of Public Services has thirty (30) Motorola CM200 Radios that must be reprogrammed to narrow band. The City is also taking quotes on ten (10) new Motorola CM200 radios set-up with microphones, power cords and radio mounting brackets.
Right to Reject: The City is not responsible for expenses incurred prior to award. The City of Ypsilanti reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities, informalities, or technicality deemed in the best interest of the City.
