A one-time optional pre-bid meeting and site visit is scheduled for all prospective bidders on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 2:00pm local time at the City of Algonac Water Plant Filtration Building located at 1530 St. Clair River Dr., Algonac, MI. All attendees are required to comply with City recommended social distancing guidance and protocols. Masks are to be worn at all times.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond, executed by the bidder and Surety Company, payable to the city of Algonac in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the accompanying bid. The Bidder is advised that in order to submit a bid on this project, the Bidder must download and complete the Proposal Form (Section 00300) and include the required Municipal references and a scanned copy of their bid deposit with their electronic bid submission. The original bid deposit for the low bidder will be required to be submitted to the City following the bid letting.
