name and proposal number.
2. Electronic Copy, please email to PurchasingBids@cityofflint.com by Thursday, June 23, 2022, by 11:00 AM
(EST). Please note that in the subject line of the email, type in the proposal name and number.
3. Faxed bids are not accepted.
