The mail in HARD COPIES with the original signature (signed documents) must be received by Monday, October 31, 2022, by 11:00 AM (EST), City of Flint, Finance Department - Division of Purchases and Supplies, 1101 S. Saginaw St., Room 203, Flint, MI, 48502. Bids must be in a sealed envelope clearly identifying the proposal name and proposal number.
Electronic Copy, please email to PurchasingBids@cityofflint.com by Monday, October 31, 2022, by 11:00 AM (EST). Please note that in the subject line of the email, type in the proposal name and number.
