The mail in HARD COPIES with the original signature (signed documents) must be received by Monday, July 11, 2022, by 11:00 AM (EST), City of Flint, Finance Department - Division of Purchases and Supplies, 1101 S. Saginaw St., Room 203, Flint, MI, 48502. Bids must be in a sealed envelope clearly identifying the proposal name and proposal number.
